MALAIH MEP DIVISION
Although we began primarily as an MEP division handling our own contracting requirements, we kept pace with the progress of the UAE, and with the passage of lime, our activities have spread to more challenging fields of MEP construction and installation.The invaluable experience that we earned over the years held us in good stead with many of the new consulting companies that established themselves in the UAE. Our success with handling different projects in close coordination with consultants led to us expanding into far more complex areas and has in turn enabled us to offer professional MEP services to many of our existing clients.
Over the last few years, there has been a rapid acceleration in our growth that saw us rise up to demanding challenges like providing our MEP services to multi-storey tower blocks, hotels, industrial districts and many others, while at the same time continuing to support our own initiatives.Our position in the industry has grown from strength to new strength primarily because of our commitment to client satisfaction, where we strive to surpass the expectations of each of our clients, however demanding the project.Our main activities include HVAC Systems, Plumbing and Drainage Works. MALAIH TRANSPORT DIVISION
Transport plays a vital role In the UAE’s plan for the rapid progress and development. Transportation is crucial to the construction industry particularly in the development of roads, bridges, and power generation stations, new cities, seaports, airports, petroleum and industrial plants.Starting with a small fleet of trucks providing transport for the Abu Dhabi Municipality, the company has grown and diversified into area leveling and sand-filling projects for new housing and urban development projects in Abu Dhabi. The Company now owns ninety trucks/trippers and employs nearly 500 people.
Our fleet includes large trucks, graders, wheel loaders, earth moving equipment, batching plants, dozers, asphalt pavers and related equipment manned and operated by skilled personnel. Malaih recognizing the need for proper maintenance and upkeep of its vehicles and equipment, established its own workshop with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that all equipment is at optimum production capability, thus ensuring maximum output and timely execution of contracts.
